In this thing called life are we just illusion? Is our reality based on an illusion? Illusion is defined as, "something that deceives by producing a false or misleading impression of reality." Reality is defined as, "the world or the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them."

Existing in reality as more than illusion may prove challenging. When we are born we are not aware of cold hard realities of life. As we grow, we are conditioned to the reality that surrounds us. Our innocence state of being is stolen and replaced by illusion and our reality is distorted by our unrealistic notions of life.

In the world we live in, we are surrounded by illusion. We are made to believe the world is a beautiful place and the reality of the world is left in the dust. We are told everything will be okay when the truth is it might not be. Our authentic selves are lost to a facade of who others want us to be in this life. We are deceived by loved ones about reality, we are mislead from real life. and we are impressionable from birth to believe the reality shown is our life.

In our vulnerability, we can fall victim to a misleading journey which can cast a mask to our authentic self. In our vulnerability, the reality of our existences can be viewed as just notions and not embraced as truth. In our vulnerability, shadows hide our actually reality. In our vulnerability, we are exposed to comfort and not uncertainty. In our vulnerability, we are sometimes shielded from the truth of the world.

Much of life is spent sleep walking in our own matrix. Although, when one really awakens reality kicks them in the ass, Once awake, we can see the world for what it really is. Once awake our mask comes off. Once awake, the illusion is exposed. Once awake our state shifts and we can see what truly exist. We only awake through vulnerability and the courage to exist in uncertainty because true reality is uncertainty. We can only stay awake when we are vulnerable with our self because the risk is to expose our own self and the illusion that has been created. One has to be brave enough to take the mask off and exist as their authentic self in the true reality that surrounds them.

What reality develops once life's illusion disappears is your authentic matrix to explore.

Earth is full of reflections. If one looks hard enough they can see something in nature as if they were gazing deeply into their bathroom mirror.

A Ray of light beaming bright behind a cloud. A mountain grounded with high peaks. A hills valley. A tree rooted deeply into natures core. An oceans waves crashing. Lake's glaze. A river's flow, A flowers bloom. A driftwoods rot, A volcano eruption. A grain of sand. A breath of air, A rocks brilliant crystal. Stars twinkle. A sunrise glows. A sunset array, A blizzard bizarre. A tornado tearing. An earthquake shakes. A hurricane winds. A butterfly flutters. A bird chirping. A bee buzzing. A bunny hopping. A dog barking.

The sun's warmth. The night stars, The moons glimmer, The spring bud. The summer's heat, The fall hues, The winter chill. The rains drop dropping,

As humans we can see a little piece of all nature in all of us. Like nature, we are meant to weather the darkness of the storm and grow in light,

Like a ray of light beaming beyond a cloud sometimes our souls light is hidden in darkness for long periods. During that time, we do have glimmers of light that beam through, Peaks of light will always shine. Like a mountain we can be grounded and connected to earth but we do have peaks and slopes. Sometimes we stand tall on our mountain top, other times we transcend down the slope. Either way you are still grounded when you hit rock bottom, one just needs to stand back up, ground down and start climbing again. Through life we go through times of peaks and valleys. We can be walking tall or walking small. It's just a matter of perspective if you are walking on top of the hill or strolling in the valley. One can lay roots deep in the hard cold ground for the soft soil's nourishment. One can grow towards the sky and expand their branches. After all skies is the limit. Ones waves of life can crash heavy or roll in lightly. Like our emotions waves can be hard or soft. One can be still like a lake with a glaze in their eye. One can ebb and flow like a river or they can get stuck in the current. One will bloom and they wilt. One can rot like wood and still be beautiful. One can bubble on the surface and explode from the inside. One can be speck of sand or apart of the whole beach. Ones breath is life. Ones gems can sparkle like a crystal in a rock or be hidden within the rock. One can twinkle and even shine bright in darkness like a star. One can glow like a sunrise or be an array of colour like the sunset. We can have periods of winter storms like a bizarre blizzard in April showers. One can rip through themselves and others like a tornado causing massive destruction. One can cause a room to shake like an earthquake. One can exhale like a hurricane. One can flutter, chirp, buzz, hop and bark.

Our souls give warmth. Our stardom gives light at night fall. Our dreams glimmer under the moons shine. Our spring buds grow after winters hibernation. Our summer heat keeps life light and fun. Our fall leaves change color and let go. Our winter chill is kept warm in hibernation. Our tears fall like rain drops.

After all the storms of life, nature and humans are the collective and stand tall.

We are all apart of nature and nature is a part of us.

It heals our soul in times of difficult weather of life. Our forest maybe dark but light can always be found. The rays of light give us hope, the rain gives us growth and the season give us opportunities. Embracing the beauty of life within nature is where the beauty is found within us and all around us. This embrace can give us peace,

We are storms, we are darkness, we are wind, we are air, we are water, we are season changing, we are warmth, we are cold, we are storms, we are grounded, we root, we are slopes, we are rays, we are flutters, we are destruction, we are currents, we are ebb, we are flow and we are breath, we expand, we sprout, we bloom, we wilt, and we let go. But of above all, we are love and light.

Humans and nature are intangibly connected with no strings attached. The love is unconditional. When we take time to reflect on all life's moods and natures moments we can find truth and real love in all of it. Our reflection is sometimes right outside our window in the form of nature. If one looks out the window regardless the weather they will always find; joy, peace and its unconditional love staring back in at us.

Doesn't the saying go, "plant a seed and it shall grow". We are all but a seed and we are meant to grow.

For any seed to sprout it needs nourishment and tender loving care. This includes the seed of our souls. We are all but an origin meant to be planted to root and be cultivated for growth.

Digging to plant the source takes work. There are many steps to CULTIVATION.

These steps include;

1. Seed selection, what do you want to grow

2. Digging and planting

3. Mixing in the ingredients to make it grow

4. Surround it with the right mix to connect it to earth and give it comfort

5. Give it water

6. Nourish it with love

7. Expose it to different conditions

8. Transplant in dark and give it light

9, Support its growth

10, Give it more love

From trees, to plants, to flowers, to people; we are created from a seed waiting to be fertilized, so we can unfold to our bloom. Conception is the beginning of metamorphosis. Once conception has taken place the seeds of our souls have been imprinted and transformation has begun. Life has sprouted. Life sprouts in many ways, from trees, to plants, to flowers to people.

Once pollinated, in order for something to grow it has to attach. To grow strong we need deep and firm roots. The definition of root is to wish success to whatever is embarking on one's path.

When one plants a flower seed we support its growth and pray it doesn't die. When a person has grounded, we wish them the best in life and encourage transformation. When something or someone is not rooted deeply or grounded properly they may not flourish. In order to have bloom in life, we need everything to flourish. One can only root for life once rooted. How one lays their roots determines how one will thrive.

After implantation is truly when the heart can beat. One needs to be tethered to their life source to really beat strong into their full existence. If untethered, life may not exist. Our life source in the womb is the cord. It gives one everything they need to sprout into life. Growth in darkness only to be come whole into light during the birth process. Once the seed has bloomed, the cord detaches and life can flourish. One can choose to live tethered or untethered through their evolution of life. However, during different stages and occurrences in one's lifetime there will be new times of the fertilization process, just like the yearly harvest. If one wants to cultivate anything they need a starting point. Each starting point is the seed and all seeds need to be fertilized so conception can happen. During any process of life we need to attach to the situation to evolve; without connection one can die. Everything comes into existence to be connected and connection can only happen through the soul. The essence of life need to be deep for continuous evolution but as we transcend into better versions of ourselves, we need to stay grounded in our steam but detach from the cord from any situation that we have outgrown otherwise the seed will not mature. Our lives are in a continuous cycle of life. Seed, fertilization, implantation and release. A baby cannot evolve further attached to their fetus umbilical cord it dies once the seed of life has blossomed. But a new cycle begins and an infant will attach to new and different things to sustain life with nourishment and love. A infant will need human connection to a mother's heart to evolve in love and the mothers milk to survive. These connections are the source to establishing human roots; one could argue that without them a baby could die. As the cycle of life progresses down the evolutionary path, an infant will eventually transcend more into different stages of life. From infant, to toddler, to teenager, to adult. In each stage they will need healthy attachments to dig their human roots deeper and stronger. But to truly be free, cords are cut and we live a life unbounded but deeply connected because of roots from one little seed.

The seed is the basis our existence. Of any existence. It is the foundation, the source, the core and the heart that beats. The seed is life.
