Spring means to,"move or jump suddenly or rapidly upward or forward." As a noun, it's the season after winter." A time of year, where we arise from the cold harsh freeze and suddenly de-thaw and rapidly start buzzing around the world, generating good vibes and sweet nectar.

Cracks of light begin to break through the cave opening, where we have been lying dormant in darkness, resting in hibernation. Our bodies recharged, are now starting to be awakened by the light gently glimmering across our eyes. Although, still resting lifeless, our souls start to vibrate and decide to rapidly awaken to a new bloom.

When spring arrives, its time to move forward and blossom. During this period, the earth shifts it's imaginary line more towards the sun for more warmth, ultimately, generating more life. If we shift with the earth and face the sun, one can truly feel warmth too and grow life within the season of spring. They only way to embrace the new cycle of life, is we must be willing to spring forth from the coldness of winter to face the warmth of light with the new season. Every year we have the opportunity to sprout and grow again but this can only be done if we choose to awake from the wintertime and not stay asleep. Many of us choose to stay cold and sleeping through out many seasons of our lives.

Our bud can only truly flower each spring, if we choose to cultivate within that season and cycle of life. Every springtime be present and nourish it each with light, warmth, water, moister, air and love. If we neglect to move with spring, we fail our time to grow and move forward in our full potential. We simply did not drink enough water and wilted. If we wilt before full blossom, we must wait again for the next springtime to try unfold again and fully open.

The gifts of spring are within each of us to grow. It is a time to plant our seed deep within the dark and moist soil. Then cultivate it by nourishing it with the basics and giving it tender loving care. The seed is the opportunity every year to bloom, the light and love you give it is simply the mundane magic and the true gift to all life.

After fall comes winter, the season of hibernation and stillness. Once the autumn leaf lets go, it transcends gracefully to rest on the cold hard ground, ready to experience the next season. The frost then rolls in, freezing the ground where the leaf has landed to rest. The frost is the catalyst to the leaf's next transition during the winter months. Winter is a time to lie dormant; we can only ever be truly dormant when stuck in stillness. Once frozen, we become completely static. To be frozen is to persevere; while in a numbed state, we’re unable to move. If we’re unable to progress forward, then the shift would need to occur within the Jack Frost home of solitude before any change can commence. If the leaf doesn’t land to rest, it will always blow around aimlessly in a whirlwind, unable to remain calm in order to evolve. The stipulation of sleep during chilled months is the period of real growth. Eventually the snow will come and the leaf will enter full hibernation under a white blanket. It will be frozen and grounded for the entire season, alone and still, isolated in complete darkness from the flakes of winter. During this dormant time, there will be periods of thaw, where daylight will glaze the frosted and snow-covered translucent ground, shining its ray of light on the resting leaf. Within that beam, it will feel the suns warmth penetrating on its lifeless appearance. The appearance of light in the moments of darkness during rest and rejuvenation is validation that things are always changing; everything is transient in nature, including nature. However, we always need the change of each season to evolve.

Anything in life can only truly be recharged after it has had time to rest. We can only really rest once we have surrendered to lying still in the cold with nothing but our breath. When we take the time to become dormant, we are renewing our souls, which is our true essence. We are quietly evolving our own element within the elements of life. Even during sleep, our energy is still “vibing” on low frequency within our hub. It’s simply recharging to full capacity within the stillness of cold winter nights. We are preparing to awake with fresh eyes to a new season of growth. Winter is simply the stimulant to spring; it's an incubation period of silence followed by rebirth. When we wake up, the world has transformed into many tiny buds, ready to bloom.

The magic of the winter wonderland is that it’s the only season when one can really see their breath crystallize in the frigid air. We can all find comfort in this, because it’s our soul, truly seen by the eye of the beholder, who is frozen in the glacial season; the most influential cycle of life.

Tis the season of joy, peace and love. But what does it really take to live joyfully throughout the year more than just the holiday season? For some people living a joyful life is a daunting task, while for others it seems so simple and their only way of life. So how does the Grinch become joyful and the merrier maker of life?

Celebration of life can give rise to a jolly happy soul because joy is found in the recognition you give to your own life. By doing the simple act of engaging with your life it generally turns out to be an ENJOYable occasion. There is triumph to be found when we honor our life. In tribute we are giving ourselves the highest frequency of self respect and self love.

Living life to the fullest while living in the moment are the presents we give to ourselves each day but self love is a gift of lifetime. Being joyous is also a beautiful gift to the world. While love is the unconditional offering we can bless ourselves with, so that we can become our most merry and best self. It is the cure for the Grinch's ego and love was the thing that made his heart grow.

When you are the Grinch who steals Christmas, you are only stealing from yourself. Being in a Grinchy state is simply a state of mind. While in this state, you are living in the ego mind and not from your heart. Proclamation of essence is what can get out of your head and into your heart. Simple honor can align the mind and heart so ones soul can shine through. The praise we give to our hearts and minds can give passage to being your true authentic self while "EN"joying life everyday of the year.
